Through body-based practices and supportive discussion, you'll strengthen your own nervous system while learning practical ways to better understand and support your child.

What’s included:

  • Better understand your child's behavior

  • Learn how to set clear limits without losing connection

  • Explore body-based co-regulation practices for focus & connection

Nick Gebhardt, ASMP, is an embodiment coach who supports fathers by offering somatic movement practices that provide presence, play, boundaries and connection for dads themselves and their kids.

With a history in advertising and sports, along with several years of somatic training in the ISMETA-Approved Training Program Chi for Two®, Nick has a science-based and relational understanding of how the nervous system state Play/Dance supports presence in parenting, creative and athletic pursuits.

Nick helps people move energy within their bodies in ways that ultimately improve their relationships.
